Balloon Printing
Balloon printing is an outstanding way to get your company message across – anywhere, anytime and anyhow. Print company logos, new product brands and promotional slogans on a variety of balloon types, all with different effects and applications. Foil balloons can be custom designed and digitally printed, for longer lasting product and store decoration, promotional displays or even extra special delivery packaging; whilst latex balloons can carry a variety of images, logos and messages according to requirements.
All printed balloons need accessories, in order to hold or display them properly. Your balloon printing wholesaler will be able to supply not only the printed article, but the sticks, holders, ribbons, weights and sealing valves they need to be used successfully. You can also use printed balloons as product displays, with the aid of specially designed balloon stands: typically known as “trees”, or arches which offer a unique way to showcase a new item in a product line, or advertise a new company initiative. Don’t overlook the possibilities printed balloons can give for venue decoration, either if you’re regularly exhibiting at trade fairs, or if you run promotions or field marketing events in shopping centres, car parks and supermarkets. Balloon printing could add that extra detail you’re currently missing.
Printed balloons work well as giveaway items – particularly from the tills, promotion desks or stalls. Hand out balloons to children to attract interest in your product or service: the wandering balloon will attract the attention of hundreds of other potential customers or visitors to your stand.
Printing should be undertaken in an ISO 9001 quality certified factory: long lasting helium foil balloons are screen or process printed; while latex balloons are inflated before screen or and laser printing for the standard, or classic type of promotional balloon. Once the balloon printing is completed, the latex is deflated and dried for shipping.
Laser printing allows two specific types of balloon decoration. The standard printing procedure gives you a combination of images or prints on two sides of a balloon, with a maximum of five colours to a design. A more complex “laseround” printing procedure, can deliver up to four different designs of a single colour on a balloon. Minimum order quantities apply in both cases: 250, for single colour prints, and 1,000 for multiple colour prints.
The balloon printing technology is such that all images are reproduced with a high standard of registration – even highly complex designs. Remember, though – too complex means difficult to read, and that’s the last thing you want when you’re trying to get a unique message across to a potential customer.
